2. Is the size of the battery suitable for fit into your bicycle frame

When charging, please connect the power supply first and then the battery

4. Do not use up all the battery power completely. It is better for the battery to charge it each time with some remaining power

5. When you receive a new battery, make sure to charge it before using it.

The Battery is UL 2849, UL 2272, UL 2271 certified and complies with UL standards (1012, 1310, 60950-1 or 62368-1) and can provide documentation showing certification on request.

The creepage distance and electrical gap distance in the charge are sufficient, the product does not pose a fire risk,  will not cause components to overheat or explosion,  and the output has
a fuse to protect the battery pack from overcurrent conditions.  Battery charging input and output  cables are also adequately protected against stress.

Do not use a charge that came with another  micromobility device without confirming compatibility.

To further lower the risk of fire,  take the following steps when charging your micromobility product with the correct charge:
